So the current alt is too far back compared to the water pump and crank.
  • DSCN0285 This back up alt has a old bearing, but the pulley is a half an inch longer. I think I'll swap pulleys.
  • DSCN0286 This should bring my belt in line, but will need a smaller belt again.
  • DSCN0287 Test fit shows an issue right away.
  • DSCN0288 Pulley is too close to the water hose. 2 belts. Will check with friends on a pump pulley.
  • DSCN0290 New exhaust. Need to do the header bit still. Going to add 1 more strap.
  • DSCN0292 Should blast it, but that can wait.
  • DSCN0293 The welds.
